- How long would it take to receive my order?
Most orders will be processed within 24 hours, and our staff will contact you with an estimated time completion and shipping (if any).
Custom orders are welcomed. Digital Projections offers many excellent quality products and services, with very fast turnaround, and at great prices.
- Can I pick-up my order?
Yes, just specify when placing your order, and we will contact you once your items are ready for pick-up. Always arrange before dropping by. We are located in N.W. Calgary, close to Crowfoot Centre.
- Are all products listed in stock?
No, but we carry in stock a lot. Some globes and software we'd have to bring in or drop ship directly upon your order placement. Even with out of stock items, we are usually able to fulfill most orders quickly. This process also insures that our customers are getting the most recent models or software version available from the manufacturer.
- How do you ship my order, if I require shipping?
Within Calgary, we offer in-town pickup and delivery for a small fee. Drop-off or Pick-up is available as well. Out of town, we will use FedEx Express or FedEx Ground, UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post / USPS, whichever is most economical and practical for your package. If you prefer a certain courier over another, we will use them. We can ship pre-paid or collect (if you rather use your own account with a courier), so please specify.
